Description:
The first house on the left is "Shoreland", 3050 Lakeshore Road. Its demolition for redevelopment was approved by City Council in 2012.

The next house is "Roseland Terrace", 3044 Lakeshore Road.

The third house, 3038 Lakeshore was demolished for redevelopment.

The house on the right is 3030 Lakeshore Road before its alterations.
